The jockey wheel repair can be completed in our workshop for:

  • Replace jockey wheel(s) and clamps

  • Safety chain replacement or upgrade

  • Hammerlocks replacement or upgrade

  • Replacement of lights and reflectors

  • Coupling replacement or upgrade

  • Safety brakeaway switch installation or replacement

Suspension And Chassis

Any suspension and chassis repair is completed by qualified and experienced fabricator and mechanic such as:

  • Suspension spring replacement

  • Suspension spring conversions (e.g. slipper/slipper, roller rocker, shackle spring)

  • Suspension upgrades (including ATM)

  • Cross-member replacement or rust repair (as needed)

  • Most rust repairs

  • Boat roller conversions

  • Winch post repairs

  • Drawbar repair and replacement.

  • Spare wheel mount repairs

 Please note: Suspension repair can be completed in our workshop with your boat left on, for less inconvenience to you and to save you time. Chassis repair usually requires your boat to be removed prior to dropping off.
